I was just wanting to get some feedback on the gold valves. I have a 04 KDX200 and have already upgraded the springs to my weight. I have ridden some other bikes and the front suspension on them is much better than mine. I am considering installing the gold valves and was wondering if anybody else has tried them and are they worth the money? Thanks.

If you are still watching this thread, which specific parts of other peope's forks do you like?  Stiffness, flex, reboud?
