I am trying to convert my 2006 KDX200 into a dual sport, but since my MCO states for "Offroad Use Only" the DMV will not allow me to title it.  Does anyone know a way around this?  I am adding all of the required components to make it street legal, but the MCO is holding me back.  Any ideas?

Maybe have someone you know register it in another state that is easier in your name, then convert it as an already street legal bike in your state.
