    I am trying to convert my 2006 KDX200 into a dual sport, but since my MCO states for "Offroad Use Only" the DMV in NJ will not allow me to title it.  Does anyone know a way around this?  I am adding all of the required components to make it street legal, but the MCO is holding me back.  Any ideas?

    Sounds fishy, here in colorado we just make it street legal and get a plate. What is a MCO? If there is any doubt here we have to take it to the state patrol and have it inspected for street legal status.
